Juste=just

Un verre=a glass (a cup)

Un verre d'eau=A glass of water

Sometimes, passengers will ask for "some water"="de l'eau". Sometimes, they'll ask for "a glass of water"="un verre d'eau". Sometimes, they'll ask for "just a cup of water"="juste un verre d'eau".
