English: We accept credit cards and debit cards.
French: On accepte les cartes de crédit et les cartes de débit.
When processing payments inflight, you may need to specify to the passenger what kind of payment you accept onboard.
‘’On accepte’’ means ‘’we accept’’ or ‘’one accepts.” More formally, you can use “nous” and say “nous acceptons.”
Carte (f) de crédit=credit card
Carte (f) de débit=debit card
In Europe, the difference between a credit card and a debit card is less distinct and you may hear European francophones say simply "carte bancaire" "bank card".
