English: Can you stow your table tray?
French: Pouvez-vous ranger votre tablette?
The individual table tray most passengers would have at their seats is called a "tablette" (f). These need to be stowed for takeoff and landing as well.
Incidentally, a "tablet computer" is also called a "tablette" (f) in French.

English: Can you stow your computer?
French: Pouvez-vous ranger votre ordinateur?
"Computer" is "ordinateur" (m) in French. "Laptop computer" is "ordinateur portatif" or "ordinateur portable", literally "portable computer."
Carry-on items, including laptops, should be properly stowed for takeoff and landing. In the context of an airplane, when you ask someone to "stow your computer/ranger votre ordinateur", it's clear that your referring to their laptop computer and that no passenger is bringing a desktop computer onto an airplane and using it inflight.
Thus, in a flight attendant's context, "can you stow your computer/pouvez-vous ranger votre ordinateur" is sufficient.

English: Can you stow your bag just for takeoff/landing?
French: Pouvez-vous ranger votre sac juste pour le décollage/l'atterrissage?
Some passengers are attached to their bags and want to hold onto them. You should remind them that bags need to be safely stowed just for takeoff and landing, and that they can retrieve the bag again in flight.
To convey this, you can add "just for takeoff/landing" "juste pour le décollage/l'atterrissage." Notice we literally say "for the takeoff/for the landing" "pour le décollage/pour l'atterrissage."
