English: How do you take your coffee?

French: Comment prenez-vous votre café?

This is another common question you will ask passengers. Likewise "how do you take your tea" would be "comment prenez-vous votre thé?"

English: What do you have? We have coffee and tea.

French: Qu'est-ce que vous avez? Nous avons du café et du thé.

Passengers will ask you what you have to offer (for drinks). They can ask "Qu'est-ce que vous avez?" You can answer "Nous avons du café, du thé, du jus de pomme, etc." Notice that once again, we need to literally say "We have some coffee, some tea, some apple juice, etc."

There are a few ways to translate "what" in French. In this context, we use "qu'est-ce que."

What=qu'est-ce que

We have=nous avons

English: Do you have coffee or tea?

French: Avez-vous du café ou du thé?

Café=coffee

Thé=tea

This is one way passengers may ask you what sort of drinks you have to offer. Notice in French, we need to say "do you have some coffee or some tea."

Du café=some coffee

Ou du thé=or some tea

Likewise, they can also ask "avez-vous du jus de canneberge?" or "avez-vous du jus de tomate?" Do you have (some) cranberry juice? Do you have (some) tomato juice?
